If it is found that the device has been tampered with, we will notify customer and may not guaratee the repairability of the device. 
 
The device utilizes battery and eletricity, it is dangerous to tamper with, please do not try to repair the device yourself. Always consult with us or you may void warranty and denied service.
 
We will contact you before making any repairs if it involves more than your selected service coverage.
